SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

 

Are you interested in working in the property sector but don't fancy working all the weekends expected in a typical estate agency role?

Are you currently working in property and sick of working long days/ weekends and with no extra pay or time in lieu?

This is a great opportunity to join a successful company with a really great ethos, extremely modern looking offices and a true team based culture. Your role will be to support the Purchasing and Sales team by ensuring all contracts administration is completed on time and to deadlines set.  

 

WHAT'S ON OFFER..

  • Permanent position
  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Full-time

 - Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm = 39 hours per week

  • 22 days Holiday + BH + Your Birthday :) 
  • Free parking

 

 

A SNAPSHOT OF THE SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT EXECUTIVE’S DAY...

 

    • Check Client Care Packs have been issued to vendors.
    • Assist vendors in completing their client care documentation.
    • Chase the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
    • Help with sales team administration. 
    • Arrange property surveys for and ensure the reports are returned in a speedy manner.
    • Chase urgent valuations
    • Update the team managers on the progress of each file.
    • Upload information onto inhouse software
    • Responding to viewing requests from Rightmove as and when required
    • Answering incoming calls and booking in viewings
    • Chasing feedback from viewings
    • Creating property brochures 
    • Arranging photography appointments at properties
    • Arranging appointments with 3rd party agent
    • Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed and returned.

 

THE IDEAL PERSON..

  • Excellent communication skills particularly via the telephone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Previous experience within the estate agency/ property sector would be ideal but its not essential
  • Strong written and verbal skills
