 CUSTOMER CONTACT ADVISOR

Our client, a specialist insurer is looking to recruit new representatives to join their busy contact team. They offer great progression, benefits and hybrid working! 🤩

• Establishing new customer insurance policies
• Servicing and administration of existing customer policies
• Liaising with insurance brokers
• Developing and building rapport with customers
• Providing excellent customer service to retain happy customers

• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Great team player, ability to build a rapport with your fellow customer advisors and management 
• Previous experience in insurance beneficial but not essential
• MUST have own transport due to location.
