NUCO Travel is a ski tour operator based in Greater Manchester that offers incredible ski and snowboard adventures in the French Alps.
The marketing team is based in York, however Lou Jennings (Creative Marketing Director and Estelle (Online Marketing Manager) work remotely. They do visit the Manchester office when required.
The candidate will ideally be based near to York and Manchester but the role is fully remote.
The role has come about due to growth. They are currently using an agency but feels enough works is now available for a full time member of staff and the agency are very expensive. That being said the successful candidate will need to be very experienced, they will need proven paid ads experience.
The role has alot of scale and growth, it's a great opportunity. The candidate would report to Estelle and if sales continue they will slowly bring people in under the candidate.
The marketing team has 14 members, everyone is close and gets on well, a fair few work remotely but it works.
The company is very fun loving, work hard play hard is the motto. A passion or understanding of the ski industry would be desirable. After being with the business for 1 year, they offer everyone an all expenses paid skiing trip annually!
The interview would be in person ideally with Lou, Estelle and Dave. They would also need to complete a task.
Min salary £45,000 but happy to pay more for an experienced candidate. A company bonus is also offered 15% of annual salary. This is based on both personal and company performance. Dave has told me historically that most team members make 12% a year in bonus.
